The Old Weighbridge is a single-bedroom property designed for two people in the village of Ludborough, on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Everything you need comes as standard: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, along with initial fuel for the woodburner. The cottage sits on one level downstairs with a living and dining room, a kitchen fitted with electric hob and microwave, and a wet room with heated towel rail. Upstairs is a galleried double bedroom. A small dog can stay free of charge.
The kitchen is properly set up for self-catering, with fridge, freezer and microwave alongside the hob. The living room has a smart TV and woodburner for cooler evenings. Outside, there's a front garden with seating and a bike store, and private parking for two cars on site. A pub lies within a mile's walk from the door. The Lincolnshire Wolds Railway runs through Ludborough, and from here you can reach the market town of Louth by car, or drive to the Lincolnshire coast at Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea. No smoking inside the property, and dogs must be kept on a lead.
