Sutton on Sea's beach lies just over a mile away, making this a useful base for coastal walks with a dog. The market towns of Alford and Louth are within easy driving distance—Alford about ten minutes, Louth half an hour—both with independent food shops and regular markets. Seal breeding grounds at Donna Nook are a popular inland excursion, and the promenade stretches north to Mablethorpe and south to Sandilands for longer outings.
Willow Tree Farm is a single-storey lodge on an adult-only site with two coarse fishing lakes in the grounds, 110 yards from the property. The layout is open-plan: living and dining area with a smart TV, kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, one bedroom with a kingsize bed, and a shower room. Everything needed for self-catering is provided, including Wi-Fi and heating. An enclosed patio has garden furniture. One small dog stays free. The site has parking for one car, and smoking is not permitted.
