What visitors say
Visited here recently with my family when passing by - the bar man who I believe is also the chef is very miserable and un-welcoming towards customers. Atmosphere was awful. The girl behind the bar was friendly and welcoming. But someone needs to tell the bar man to cheer up before he looses customers. It already seemed very quiet in there, maybe this is why?. He had a face on him like someone had trod dog muck through his pub. On another note, the food was lovely though. But we won’t be returning again due to being made to feel un-welcome.

What a fantastic site. Friends of mine suggested that we go to Trusthorpe Springs for the bank holiday. The site is small as it only has 10 pitches which suits me down to the ground. The site is extremely well kept by the ground staff. The club is a fantastic place to go for a drink and to play bingo or see the entertainment at weekends. Child friendly they have a playground and a swimming pool. The manager of the club is Paul who is also the chef, good food and a fantastic roast on a Sunday. Bethany supports Paul in the club and always gives a warm welcome. The reception is coverd by Sarah who will always welcome you with a smile and assist with any issues. Since our first visit we have been back several times. One of the biggest reasons we keep going back is because the staff are so friendly and make us feel like part of the family. Can't recommend Trusthorpe Springs enough looking forward to next year and more happy holidays.

Just spent the last week here. Everything was perfect. Many thanks to Sarah and Kelly on reception. Nothing was any trouble and always had a smile and time for a chat. Tony, bar manager, you are fabulous, great with the boys (teenagers), great fun, and very helpful. Entertainment is fantastic, bingo, raffles, singers etc. And food is just perfect. From Sunday carvery to bar meals at very good prices. We loved it that much, we've booked to come again....
