Abbeymill Farm Cottage dates from the 16th century and has been thoroughly refurbished. It sits in the East Lothian countryside within reach of walking and cycling routes, with the River Tyne nearby and access to East Linton and Haddington beyond. The village has shops, restaurants and a pub within a mile.

Everything is on the ground floor. There's a spacious open-plan living and dining space with wooden floors and a wood burner (initial logs supplied), a well-equipped kitchen for proper cooking, a bedroom with a kingsize bed and another with two singles, and a shower room. Outside, a private enclosed garden has furniture and a barbecue. Parking for two cars is on site, and there's a bike store. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The cottage is non-smoking.

It works for couples wanting countryside peace or small families looking for walking country. The beach is 10 miles away.
