Old Barn Farm – Old Barn Farmhouse sits on a working farm surrounded by woodland that opens directly onto your doorstep. The rural setting is genuinely quiet, yet Glasgow is only a short drive away, and a pub lies within a mile. The grounds stretch across 200 acres with walking routes built into the landscape, and the Ayrshire coast is within reach for a day out; Loch Lomond and the Trossachs lie about 35 miles north.

The property accommodates four guests across two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs there is a living room with woodburning stove and television, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and a games room with a pool table and table tennis. Upstairs, both bedrooms have a double bed, and there is an additional separate toilet. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; logs for the stove come with your arrival. You have private parking for two cars on site. The property is yours alone – no other guests sharing the building.

One thing to know: the farm draws water from a spring, and there is an unfenced stream in the grounds roughly 800 yards away. Smoking is not permitted inside. If you are travelling with a dog, it is welcome.
