Acrewood

Acrewood is a converted barn and cottage in East Riding of Yorkshire, near Wetwang. The property sleeps ten across five bedrooms: two kingsize rooms on the first floor each with their own ensuite (one with corner bath and shower attachment, one with spa bath and walk-in shower), a double on the ground floor, and two further bedrooms that can be configured as a double or two singles. Four bathrooms in total means no queuing in the mornings. The whole place is yours alone.

The kitchen is built for serious cooking, with two electric ovens, a range cooker, induction hob and combi microwave, plus an American-style fridge and a separate freezer in the utility room. Underfloor heating runs throughout. Ground-floor living spaces include a main lounge with wood burner and 50-inch TV, and a second sitting room. The barn's original character shows in the exposed beams and high ceilings. Initial logs for the burner are provided, along with wifi, bed linen, towels, a travel cot and highchair. Parking for five cars is on site; there is an electric car charging point available at cost. A lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue sits outside. The property is non-smoking.
