Tudor House is a substantial stone-built farmhouse set back from the road on a working farm near Bridlington. The property has genuine character—timber-framed in the Tudor style—and enough space for extended families or groups who want separate living areas. Four bedrooms spread across two floors offer a kingsize, two doubles, and a single, with sofa beds providing flexibility; two bathrooms and a ground-floor toilet serve everyone comfortably. The owners provide bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating as standard, plus initial fuel for the woodburners. A travel cot and highchair are available if you ask ahead.
Downstairs centres on a large kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and all the usual equipment for self-catering, plus two distinct sitting rooms—one with a 48-inch TV and the other with a 40-inch—each with its own woodburner. The enclosed garden has lawn, patio, garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. Parking for four cars sits on the drive. One dog travels free; you can keep horses too if you arrange it with the farm.
The location suits walking and cycling into the Yorkshire Wolds, or driving to the coast at Bridlington and Flamborough. Marton Manor Farm Shop and Tea Room is nearby for local supplies and eating out. The setting is quiet, but with enough going on within reach for families and groups who like having choices rather than activities laid on.

I think Grange Farm cottages are better than any other place to stay. Great for vacations and staycations! I was travelling from overseas and used this place where our family could meet up - it was very successful. The room itself was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the living room was spacious. The cottages even came with books and games. The kitchen was more than enough! Everything was there, it was tidy when we got in, and it came with tea, coffee and sugar. To add on, the outside area is extremely beautiful, like the centre of a nice calm area. Many plants and trees, also great for eating or having tea outside. This place is great if you want a break from your home or come for traveling. Total recommend!!!

Amazing weekend at Grange Farm Cottages...stayed in The Saddlery which is perfect open plan living. Extremely clean, well equipped and the outdoor courtyard made for a perfect evening with friends. Relaxed atmosphere and beautiful landscaping. The locally sourced eggs and fresh apple juice make breakfast a treat! We will 100% be back!

I stayed at low Barn with my mum for a couple of days. We had originally booked the mon to weds but my husband had to change his shifts so was concerned about leaving the dog. I rang and spoke to Daniel who was really helpful and said we could come later in the week instead and altered the booking for us. The barn was really comfortable with a separate kitchen and two bathrooms. Everything was lovely and clean and had everything you needed. The bed was really comfy. Had a great time and would definitely return.

Our second stay, this time with a family group. Excellent location, fabulous cottage complex, plenty of parking and a bus stop close by for when you don't want to drive. As last time everything needed was available in these very well equipped cottages, owners and staff very helpful, friendly and happy to chat. This is definitely our number 1 place to stay when I come home to visit family ♥️
