The main living area combines kitchen, dining and sitting room in one flowing space with a woodburner for atmosphere. You get a full kitchen setup including an electric range, dishwasher and slow cooker; a separate utility room handles laundry. Essentials like electricity, Wi-Fi and bed linen are included, plus initial fuel for the fire. Travel cots, high chairs and stairgates are on hand for younger children, and one dog stays free. The property sits near Cranswick village, on a working farm shared with two other holiday homes (though your rental is entirely private). Note that there is an unfenced pond in the grounds, one bedroom functions as a fire escape with a removable safety barrier, and a noise curfew applies in the evenings. No smoking indoors.
