Manor Farm Properties - The Stables

Driffield market town is minutes away, and the Yorkshire Wolds are on your doorstep for walking and cycling. Bridlington and Filey beaches lie within a short drive, while Cranswick village itself offers a quieter base. The Stables is a converted barn forming part of Manor Farm, one of three holiday homes on the grounds.

Everything is on the ground floor: a open-plan living space with wood burner and smart TV, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking (electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and slow cooker), and a bedroom with a super kingsize bed and its own smart TV. The shower room has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Underfloor heating throughout keeps things warm. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, along with initial fuel for the wood burner.

The private patio holds a wood-fired hot tub for two, with garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor eating. You get parking for two cars on site. The surrounding grounds are shared with the other properties and include a pond and nature walk. Dogs stay free and there are doggy extras provided; the property is non-smoking.
