Metlands Farm Holidays - Granary Cottage

Granary Cottage opens into a generous ground-floor space where the kitchen, dining and living areas flow together. A multi-fuel burner warms the room on cooler days, and there's a 49" smart TV for quieter evenings. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering: electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs, a double bedroom and a twin room share a bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are all included, and there's a welcome pack on arrival.

The cottage sits on a working sheep farm within a mile of Bempton Cliffs, where the RSPB reserve attracts thousands of migrating seabirds including puffins and kittiwakes. The surrounding farmland is home to deer, foxes and barn owls. An enclosed garden at the back has both lawn and terrace, with a private four-person hot tub, garden furniture and barbecue. There's a pond in the garden, a bike store and parking for two cars. One dog stays free. Bridlington with its beach and working harbour is a short drive away; Filey and Scarborough are nearby with their own beaches, seafront attractions and leisure facilities.
