Rowan House comes with everything you need already in place. Electricity, gas heating, bed linen and towels are covered, along with Wi-Fi throughout. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, slow cooker and washing machine, so you can cook proper meals and manage laundry without thinking about it. Downstairs there's a separate toilet, a living room with a gas fire and Smart TV for winter evenings, and an open-plan kitchen-dining space with bi-fold doors that open onto the garden.

Three bedrooms sleep five: two doubles and a single, each with a TV. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The enclosed back garden has a patio and seating, useful for breakfast or an evening meal outside. The property sits on a quiet residential street a 10-minute walk from Beverley town centre, within reach of the Yorkshire Wolds and the coast. On-site parking is available. No smoking indoors. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged if needed.
