Bridlington's seafront lies a short walk from The Parade, with the Victorian promenade, sandy beaches and town centre attractions all within easy reach. This substantial property occupies a converted building in the heart of the seaside town, arranged across three floors with accommodation for up to 15 guests.

Ground level opens into a broad living space anchored by a wood-burning stove, with an original bar and substantial kitchen handling the demands of a large party. Patio doors lead to a courtyard garden where a private hot tub sits ready for six people; there is a step down into the garden. The first and second floors contain seven bedrooms: five doubles and two that combine a double with single beds, plus a single. Most have ensuite showers; the second floor shares a bathroom with both bath and shower. Every bedroom has a Smart TV. Essentials including bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and initial fuel for the stove are provided. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge. Smoking is not permitted inside. A public car park sits about 600 yards away.
