Meadow View suits couples and families of four looking for space and privacy without isolation. The cottage is yours alone, set within a larger farm complex surrounded by 10 acres of natural grounds where you can explore without leaving the property. Two bedrooms—one with a king bed, one with singles—and a family bathroom mean everyone has their own space. The open-plan ground floor holds a living area with a TV and CD player, a dining space, and a kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and full fridge. Essential utilities, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included.
The enclosed garden with decked patio and seating is private to the cottage, looking out over paddocks where deer and foxes move through the landscape. Beyond your garden, shared grounds include a children's play area and 2 acres reserved for picnics. A bike store and on-site parking are available. The property lies on a working farm four miles from Brandesburton village. Within easy reach are an 18-hole golf course, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting and an RSPB bird sanctuary. Water features dominate the local area—a river, lake and pond are nearby, with fishing and canal cruises within half a mile. No smoking inside the cottage.

Nice place to stay, has its own entertainment/ games room. Only issue is there are no shops or pubs near. Your are better of bringing your own supplies.

Absolutely beautiful holiday homes ( yes, homes). We stayed in The Loft, 9 fantastic bedrooms, a massive living/kitchen area, more than ample kitchen wares, wonderful outdoor area. Shared swimming pool/snooker table/pool table, darts, and an arcade game, all fabulously presented, plus a great welcome pack.

Beautiful setting and peaceful. Be ready for poor phone signal but it meant the kids spent a lot of time swimming and playing pool rather than glued to their phones! There was building works going on site which was a shame but overall we had a lovely time there. Being able to take our dogs was a big hit.

Had a lovely week at struncheon hill farm. We arrived to a lovely welcome pack, with lots of treats. The cottage we stayed in (River view) was a beautiful place, plenty of room for our party of 7 and 3 dogs! It was clean, cosy and well equipt. I cooked everyday and there was everything I needed there, The pool and games room were very nice also. There is lots of things to do around the farm we visited Hornsea, Bridlington, sewerby hall & zoo, withernsea and Scarborough.. They were all an hour or less from the cottage. Would definitely return to struncheon hill.
