Struncheon Hill Farm – Woodlands is a converted barn cottage sleeping four, set on extensive grounds four miles from Brandesburton in East Riding of Yorkshire. The whole property is yours alone, with an enclosed garden and patio where you can sit out over the paddocks. Everything you need for self-catering is provided: a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels all included, plus Wi-Fi if you need it.
The layout is straightforward – both bedrooms and the bathroom are on the ground floor, alongside a combined living and dining room with a DVD player and Freeview TV. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two singles; a travel cot and highchair are available. There is an enclosed garden for your sole use, and the wider farm offers access to 10 acres of grounds, a shared children's play area, and a communal games room. A water hazard lies 88 yards from the property. One dog is welcome.
Close by are fishing, horse riding, an 18-hole golf course, and clay pigeon shooting. The coast at Bridlington and Scarborough is within reasonable reach, and the RSPB bird sanctuary draws visitors year-round. The property is non-smoking throughout.

Nice place to stay, has its own entertainment/ games room. Only issue is there are no shops or pubs near. Your are better of bringing your own supplies.

Absolutely beautiful holiday homes ( yes, homes). We stayed in The Loft, 9 fantastic bedrooms, a massive living/kitchen area, more than ample kitchen wares, wonderful outdoor area. Shared swimming pool/snooker table/pool table, darts, and an arcade game, all fabulously presented, plus a great welcome pack.

Beautiful setting and peaceful. Be ready for poor phone signal but it meant the kids spent a lot of time swimming and playing pool rather than glued to their phones! There was building works going on site which was a shame but overall we had a lovely time there. Being able to take our dogs was a big hit.

Had a lovely week at struncheon hill farm. We arrived to a lovely welcome pack, with lots of treats. The cottage we stayed in (River view) was a beautiful place, plenty of room for our party of 7 and 3 dogs! It was clean, cosy and well equipt. I cooked everyday and there was everything I needed there, The pool and games room were very nice also. There is lots of things to do around the farm we visited Hornsea, Bridlington, sewerby hall & zoo, withernsea and Scarborough.. They were all an hour or less from the cottage. Would definitely return to struncheon hill.
