The Granary is a converted farm building in the East Riding of Yorkshire, retaining original timbers and beams throughout. It sleeps four across two bedrooms—a double and two singles—with a bathroom on each floor, so there's space to spread out. The ground floor has a shower room; upstairs, the main bathroom includes a bath. The open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining and lounge, with a smart TV and Bluetooth speaker for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including a dishwasher and washing machine, and essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included.
Outside, the property has private parking for two cars, a bike store, and a sitting-out area with garden furniture and a barbecue. The grounds overlook a pond just 25 yards from the house, making it particularly good for birdwatching—Spurn Point, Hornsea Mere and RSPB Bempton are all within easy reach. For beach days, Mappleton Sands is three miles away, while the Holderness Loop cycle route is nearby. A pub, shop and restaurant are half a mile off. Hull itself, 12 miles south, has the Ferens art gallery and The Deep Aquarium. No smoking inside the property.

Very well equipped and presented barn conversion. Had a great stay here May 2025, very quiet peaceful surroundings. Great place to stay to de-stress from a busy day to day life. Great for couples or small families alike. We would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Excellent accommodation, well presented and in beautiful surroundings, with friendly, welcoming hosts. Plenty to see and do in the local area, but The Granary is also the perfect place to relax if you don't feel like doing very much!
