Tradmach Lodge sits on the ground floor of Patrington Haven Leisure Park in the East Riding of Yorkshire, a few miles from Burns Head and the coast. The moment you step inside, you find an open-plan living space that flows from kitchen through to sitting room, with French doors opening onto raised decking. The kitchen has a gas hob and oven, microwave, slow cooker and ample worktop space. The lounge area centres on a smart TV with Netflix and an electric fire, plus Alexa controls throughout if you want to manage the lighting and entertainment from your chair.

One bedroom holds a kingsize bed with an ensuite toilet; the other has two single beds. A walk-in shower and heated towel rail are positioned between them. Beyond the French doors, the enclosed garden offers decking on two sides, patio furniture and a play area for children. Three steps lead down to further garden space. The property is set within the leisure park's grounds, where guests have access to a gym, sauna and steam room, and there is fishing on-site and an electric vehicle charging point. Private parking fits two cars. One dog is welcome to stay at no extra charge. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered. No smoking indoors.
