Brookfarm Cottages - Swallows

Swallows is a ground-floor barn conversion at Brookfarm Cottages that comes ready for a break away. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer; the living room contains a freeview TV and comfortable seating with views across the grounds; the bedroom holds a double bed; and the bathroom has a bath with shower over. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with a travel cot and highchair if needed. One small dog stays free of charge.

The cottage sits in East Staffordshire within reach of the Peak District's southern edge. A pub, shop and restaurant are about a mile away. The grounds have garden furniture and a barbecue (shared with other properties on site), and a bistro set faces the front door. You'll have private parking for one car and access to a bike store. No smoking indoors.
