Garden Cottage is a single-storey property on the owner's grounds in East Suffolk, sleeping two in one bedroom. Everything happens on the ground floor: the living space combines a sitting area with a dining and kitchen zone, where you'll find an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. The bedroom has a kingsize bed, and there's a shower room with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and electricity are included, along with a welcome pack.

The three-quarter acre garden is the real draw. Extensively planted with flowers and shrubs, it offers multiple seating areas where you can settle for the afternoon. A pond sits within the grounds. You have use of the garden and a designated parking space for one car. The property is no-smoking throughout.

The location puts you within reach of Suffolk's market towns—Woodbridge, Lavenham, Clare and Cavendish all have half-timbered streets and local restaurants—as well as the coast at Aldeburgh and Southwold. Walkers and cyclists find plenty of quiet routes from the door, and the area is rich in historical sites including Framlingham Castle, Sutton Hoo and Orford Castle.
