Upstairs are three bedrooms: the first has a kingsize bed and ensuite toilet; the second and third are doubles, with the third convertible to a single on request. A full bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and heated towel rail serves the upper floors. The property sleeps six and welcomes one pet. There is parking for two cars on site. Smoking is not permitted.
Beccles is a working market town with independent shops, galleries, cafés and a weekly market. The Broads National Park lies within reach for walking and water-based activities. The Royal Oak gastropub is nearby for dining out.
