Sea Breeze

Kessingland sits on the Suffolk Heritage Coast, a traditional seaside village within walking distance of sand dunes and beach. Sea Breeze is a detached bungalow completed in 2022, set back with its own enclosed garden, decked area and parking for three cars. The whole property is yours alone, and one dog stays free.

Everything is on the ground floor. The open-plan living space has a Smart TV and dining area; the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with electric cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Two double bedrooms sleep four. The bathroom has both a roll-top bath and a separate walk-in shower. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and WiFi are included, and there's a welcome pack on arrival. The bungalow has wheelchair access.

Lowestoft is four miles away for traditional seaside amusement. Closer by are Pleasurewood Hills and Africa Alive. The wider area holds Southwold's pier and theatre, Dunwich Heath, RSPB Minsmere, Aldeburgh's fishing boats and seafood restaurants, and Snape Maltings Concert Hall. The Norfolk Broads are also easily reached. A shop lies half a mile away and a pub 500 yards. No smoking inside.
