The Coach House

Everything you need is here. The Coach House comes with electricity, bed linen and towels included, plus a welcome pack on arrival. The kitchen has a full range of appliances—electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer—so you can cook as much or as little as you want. The wood burner in the living room comes with initial fuel, and you can buy more locally. Oil underfloor heating keeps things warm. Bed linen and towels are provided, and there is parking for three cars on site.

This single-bedroom, one-bathroom property sleeps two in a double bed and sits next to the owners' home in the Upper Alde Valley, between Framlingham and Saxmundham. The whole cottage is yours alone. A lawned garden with seating looks out over two acres of woodland with its own walking trail. There is a pond in the garden, 20 yards from the house. The ground floor is all on one level, with four steps to the entrance. One dog can stay free. No smoking.

A pub is within a mile. The Suffolk Heritage Coast at Aldeburgh is ten miles away; Snape Maltings Concert Hall is five miles, and Minsmere RSPB reserve is nearby. Southwold and Walberswick are also within reach for a day out.
