Three Ash Cottage

Bungay's shops, pubs and restaurants lie 1.5 miles away down a quiet country road, making this detached cottage a good base for exploring the Waveney Valley and the Suffolk Heritage Coast without being in the thick of things. Three Ash Cottage sits on its own with a lawned garden, barbecue and parking for two cars.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs holds a living room with Freeview TV and DVD player, plus a woodburning stove (fuel included to get you started), and a kitchen/dining room with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two singles accessed through the first bedroom—and a bathroom with bath and shower. Note that the stairs are steep and spiral. The cottage sleeps four, and one dog is welcome. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included, along with central heating. No smoking.
