Rookery Meadow

We recently held a hen-do at Rookery Meadow and had the most incredible experience. The venue is a true blank canvas, with the owners Rob and Gem totally flexible to plans and design ideas. We had use of the brand new giant tipi which served as a wonderful central base for our day. We used the lake for paddle boarding, had delicious home cooked meals throughout the day (thanks Rob) and loved the on site facilities. Our group camped using pre set up bell tents and our own caravan, which worked wonderfully. I highly recommend Rookery Meadow for anyone looking for a beautiful peaceful blank canvas space to enjoy the stunning Suffolk countryside with friends

Rookery Meadow was perfect. Gemma & Rob provide so much more than just the venue. Their contacts & experience in the industry helped to guide us through from start to finish. Nothing was too much & they worked tirelessly to ensure everything was as we hoped. They were so very flexible to our ideas & even put on an extra date so we would not have to delay our wedding further. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to their efforts. We will be eternally grateful to them for helping us to create exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. Thank you so much.

We had our wedding at Rookery Meadow and what can I say it was just perfect. Rob & Gemma really couldn't be more helpful they're super laidback but totally on it at the same time, they will help as much or a little as you like and aren't afraid of mucking in and helping getting things done when we were setting up. Gemma was an absolute star in the run up helping organise and plan the day out with me. The venue was just perfect for what we wanted and it let us create our dream wedding from start to finish. We honestly couldn't thank Rob & Gemma enough, we had the best day and experience and will be forever grateful for the service and help that they offered.

We held our wedding reception at Rookery Meadow last weekend and cannot recommend this venue highly enough! Gemma and Rob were amazing throughout the whole planning process, especially when we postponed our wedding (twice), helping us find new dates and rearrange with suppliers. The day seemed to flow perfectly and a lot of our guests have commented on how beautiful the setting was and how well it was run. When our evening caterer broke down Gemma quickly arranged a replacement for us so we had nothing to worry about and we still got pizza in the evening like we planned! Thank you Gemma and Rob, we couldn't have asked for more! Katie & Matt
