The cottage sits on the edge of Halesworth, a market town with an active arts scene, about 8 miles from Southwold's beach and walking routes. Southwold, Walberswick, Dunwich and Aldeburgh are within reach by car; so too are RSPB Minsmere, Snape Maltings and the Norfolk Broads. The location suits both coast trips and countryside exploration. One dog is welcome at no extra cost, and there's parking for two cars on site. Essentials like heating, electricity, linen and towels are covered, along with initial fuel for the woodburner.

The property includes a shared games room with pool table and table football, a shared external laundry (washing machine and tumble dryer), and a shared electric car charging point. The enclosed garden has a terrace and barbecue. There are steps within the garden and stairs to the games room. Smoking is not permitted.
