Fairly peaceful end of town I found it over-priced for the size of my tiny room Immaculately clean and tidy I'd asked for a high floor / quiet room but the man above me kept waking me up at 0300 and early in the morning so might as well have stayed in London! Breakfast was simply delicious and a good selection Owner let me store my bags there as I had a train in the evening which was very kind Lost a star as the wife was incredibly cold and rude For this reason and for the noise above and tiny room, I won't be staying again but wish them well.

We highly recommend Breakers! We had a wonderful three night stay. The hosts were lovely and helpful, the room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Lots of attention to detail at this accommodation and good value for money. Walking distance to many local attractions. Would come back without hesitation!

Just spent two nights here with wife. Booked triple room to have separate beds and bath. Very comfy beds. Lots of hot water and big fluffy towels. Both slept well. Breakfast good with good quality ingredients. Good location and easy buses to town and to start of walk to Beachy Head.
