Coast Guest House

About Coast Guest House

Coast Guest House suits visitors after a straightforward seaside stay rather than anything flashy: couples on a coastal break, walkers passing through, or anyone who wants to leave the car and not think about it again thanks to free on-site parking. With just five rooms, it has the feel of a small, personally run house rather than a hotel, and its position on Royal Parade puts guests right on the seafront. Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, drinks available in the room, and sea views from the property, along with free WiFi throughout. Breakfast is served in a conservatory looking out towards the coast, and there's a garden with outdoor seating for sitting out when the weather allows. Reception is staffed around the clock, so arrival times are flexible. Eastbourne's seafront, pubs, restaurants and entertainment are all within easy reach, and there's a golf course and fishing nearby for those wanting to fill a day beyond the beach. Walking routes lead off from the area too, making it a workable base for anyone splitting their time between the town and the outdoors.
