Went to see Moana last night with 7 other friends. Was an excellent experience. Staff were very friendly, seats comfy and great customer service - especially the manager whose name I did not get sorry! Also Kevin who served us our food and drink was really friendly and helpful! Look forward to more viewings at this Cinema in the near future!

I saw this vue cinema 📽️ for the first time In July this is very nice place I went there with My friends we really enjoyed movie. Why I liked this movie the best because it was very easy to get tickets for it. It was a great experience, a big screen with a great movie playing and an excellent sound system. We found our seats very easily in such a big cinema.😎 I will definitely come again.

The new seats do not offer the premium seat experience advertised, they are arguably worse than the standard ones despite the £18.99 price point. They do not recline much and the positioning with the screen in screen 6 was not "strategically positioned" row as advertised and i found it difficult to get comfortable. The leg room is much less than competitors offer for much cheaper such as showcase avonmeads de luxe/xlr or any of the new odeon seats. It was so bad to the point where I worried I may accidentally hit the person reclined infront with my feet despite my average height. There were lights to the side of the seats on ultra lux that do not switch of which can distract from the viewing experience. There is only one cooled drink holder for 2 seats and it is rather small not offering much support for bottles. The popcorn was decent, better than the new odeons but I had quite a few handfuls of fully salted despite ordering sweet only. The foyer and toilets are alright and offer the market standard drinks/popcorn/some food although it lacks any personality and is much worse than it used to be when it was an open floor plan. The sound in the room was also not as loud or bass heavy as competitors making the jumpscares in this specific film not hit as well as it would of watching in another cinema. Overall this was a very bad experience and nothing that there advertised new ultra lux seats should have offered especially at the price point. 😬👎

Great cinema with comfy seats, excellent screen quality, and immersive sound. Staff were friendly and everything was clean and well-organized. Slightly pricey snacks, but overall a really good movie experience. Would definitely come back!
