I haven't been to ODEON Epsom for quite a long time and the seating has gone way out there and what I recall. Beautiful comfy chairs all recline and a refreshment table. Air conditioning was working well and just right. Highly recommend this venue

This is certainly one of the better Odeons I've been in, in recent times. The facilities are great with an extensive concessions counter, an in-house Costa Coffee and plenty of toilets, which are kept in top tier condition. The screens themselves are large with recliner seating and a quality sound system, so you can see and hear every detail. The only concern I have is the top floor corridor always looks... wet? Damp? But doesn't feel it. Is this the design? Its hard to tell! Its only an aesthetics thing, but it is odd...

I was very disappointed with my experience in Screen 8 at Odeon Epsom. Seats G1 and G2 are positioned in such a way that a significant portion of the screen is blocked, making it impossible to enjoy the film properly. It's surprising that the management either isn't aware of this issue or continues to sell these seats despite the obstructed view. Customers expect that any seat sold in a cinema will provide a clear view of the screen. These seats clearly do not, and they should either be marked as restricted view, sold at a reduced price, or removed from sale altogether. I hope Odeon addresses this issue so that other customers don't have the same disappointing experience.

The staff working today were amazing. It was a gentlemen and a girl with short hair. They were so kind and it was with every customer as well. They had the best energy and went out of their way to make everyone smile!
