I've been a member for two years and the gym refurbishment is great, its clean and airy. The pool which I use 3x a week needs to be cleaned and the changing/ showering and toilet facilities are very poor and dirty. The car park is small and busy and the pay machine is always out of order. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If the pool etc was better I would give it 4 stars.

This leisure centre is much better than any "Better" leisure centre I've visited. Rainbow is cleaner, the staff are friendly the swimming is huge and deeper. It can get busy like any other leisure centre but im happy to return to rainbow.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My son was so proud to achieve his swimming certificate, only for us to be told we had to pay £5.50 to collect it. For something children earn, this feels unfair and takes away a happy moment. Now feels like a scam. On top of that, the situation in the car park was handled very poorly. I went a different way due to lack of space, something I’ve seen many others do without issue, but another driver blocked my way and started shouting aggressively. Instead of calming the situation, blonde staff joined in and spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner, then started shouting. Please employ staff who have basic customer service skills.

Really great local facility but pool area is always dirty and anything made of metal is covered in thick rust which never gets cleaned. Also booking the badminton courts is a lottery as to whether the equipment will be set up 5 minutes late or 15 minutes late. But it will be late.
