We had a really fun time! I went with a group that included an 11yr old and it was his first time go karting. Staff were very friendly and informative. We felt safe the whole time. The 30 mins doesn’t sound like much, but actually it was plenty of time. The staff also gave the young lad in our group a ‘driver of the day’ which was very kind and he was delighted. Would come back again.

Overall a positive experience. Booked 14 in as part of a stag group. Had to split into 2 groups to race, it would have been nice for everyone to get a chance of racing the stag. Maybe, something worth the booking line considering when stag groups are booking? It was incredibly busy and the staff seemed overwhelmed with the amount of groups and members of the public in. Putting large groups in the party rooms and booking them all in at once might be a better and more efficient way of managing the days. The staff did everything they could and were happy to help. We would have made excellent use of a party room; had it been highlighted I would have likely organised and booked food / drinks for the group as well. Especially, if I'd know it could be stored in there safely. A slight dampener was the laser combat and the group having 3 young boys under 10 participating without an accompany adult to look after them. This left the group minding their p's and q's a little bit more than you would expect from a stag group. All being responsible adults this was fine but maybe worth considering for future groups who might be more rowdy. Was also really disappointed that we were all charged £8 for gloves and balaclavas especially after I'd spoken to several of the team on when booking in then calling to add more people onto the booking. Obviously, it's a way of rinsing some extra cash. Special shout to Caitlin in the laser combat who seemed to be running that whole section on her own.
