The Bungalow

Exeter sits at the heart of Devon's heritage and natural attractions, from the Exe estuary's nature reserves to Dartmoor's open moorland. The Bungalow occupies a quiet cul-de-sac location within reach of all of it. This detached property has everything on the ground floor: three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), a shower room, and open-plan living and dining space that flows onto a patio and enclosed garden. The kitchen is fitted for self-catering, with a cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Parking for three cars sits on site.

What's included: wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels. The house sleeps six and is yours alone for the duration of your stay. One well-behaved pet can come with you at no extra charge. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Topsham's old port is walkable away—a riverside village of independent shops, cafés and pubs where you can catch the passenger ferry across the estuary or watch the sunset from a waterside table. Ludwell Valley Park adjoins the property. The sandy beaches and rock pools at the estuary's mouth mark the start of the Jurassic Coast, and the South West Coastal Path runs along the shoreline. Woodbury Common is nearby for walks; Crealy Adventure Park is three miles distant. Exeter itself, with its cathedral, theatre and historic underground passages, is within easy reach.
