Coo Lodge is a ground-floor cottage near Falkirk, sleeping six across three bedrooms. You arrive into an open-plan space where the kitchen, dining and living areas flow together, with patio doors opening onto decking that overlooks the Forth Valley. A wood-burning stove warms the living room on cooler days. Each bedroom has a smart TV: the master has a kingsize bed, the second a double, and the third two singles. The bathroom contains both a bath and a separate shower cubicle.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, plus a utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Underfloor heating runs throughout. A private hot tub sits on the front decking, accessed via a side path, and the enclosed back garden has a firepit, seating and barbecue. There is private parking for two cars and an electric charging point. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. The property does not permit smoking.

The location works well for exploring Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow, all within reach for day trips. The surrounding fields give a sense of seclusion, though there are a few steps within the grounds to be aware of—four in the rear garden and one at the front.
