Lawford Lodge

Lawford Lodge is a single-storey detached house on a working dairy farm outside Bonnybridge, designed around an open-plan ground floor. You arrive at a bright living space where sofas face a 42-inch TV, moving seamlessly into a dining area with patio doors onto decking, then a kitchen fitted with an electric range, dishwasher and full-sized fridge and freezer. A utility room with washer and dryer sits off the kitchen for practical convenience.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a kingsize with its own en-suite shower, a double, and two singles. The family bathroom has a roll-top bath, separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Essentials like linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are all included. The enclosed garden has decked seating, furniture and a barbecue, plus a children's play area; there's also a bike store and parking for three cars. Note that the garden includes some steps, with a ramp as an alternative, and there is a pond in the grounds. No smoking indoors.

The location suits families wanting countryside space without isolation—the owner lives on-site. Grazing for horses is available by arrangement. Wheelchair access is possible to the main house.
