Boutique Gathering House

Boutique Gathering House is a three-bedroom property in Park Gate, between Southampton and the Solent coast. It sleeps six across three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room, and a fourth bathroom. One pet stays free of charge. The whole house is yours alone, with private parking for four cars and a hot tub in the back garden.

The ground floor centres on a large open-plan living and dining space with a fireplace, patio doors onto garden areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom 1 is a kingsize with ensuite and smart TV; it opens directly to a separate shower room. Upstairs, bedrooms 2 and 3 are a double and a kingsize respectively, each with ensuite. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking inside.

The location works for groups heading to the coast, the New Forest, or Southampton before a cruise. The back garden has seating and furniture. Cots and a highchair are available if needed.
