About Fontley Park
Fontley Park offers a straightforward countryside escape in open farmland near Fareham, roughly eight miles north of Portsmouth and the Solent coast. Pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes spread across sheltered fields away from main roads, making this a quieter, more rural alternative to the busier coastal sites around Hayling Island. The setting suits campers after a peaceful base rather than beachfront views, with countryside lanes and footpaths leading into Fareham and the pretty village of Titchfield for pubs, shops and independent cafes.
Facilities are kept simple—electric hook-ups and shower blocks without the shops, pools or play areas of larger holiday parks—so this works best for those happy with a no-frills pitch and their own entertainment. Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays are a short drive south, while the M27 puts the New Forest and South Downs within easy reach for day trips.

Very uneven hilly paddock. No personal touch- just texted instructions. EHU cost £3.00. and ran out at 2.00 and it had only been running the fridge. Next to busy, noisy road. Thoroughly unpleasant experience.

Great little site. Nice for a weekend. Seems to be split in 2. Seasonal pitches one side and touring on the other. £15 non EHU and £18 with EHU. Has somewhere to empty your loo. Need larger leveling blocks and there is more of a slope then it looks. Very clean site. Just off the main road. No park. Just chill. Defo worth another stop.

Road noise and not all of it is flat. If you have a long unit or a tent it might be difficult to find a good space. Other than that, a popular and pleasant sight. With electric and with regular water points it's a lovely place. We stayed there and walked to Titchfield Abby for an open air concert. The Fisherman's Rest is nearby which serves excellent food too. Dogs are allowed as well which is a bonus.
