What visitors say
Very disappointed with Cineworld and their customer service. We booked tickets for the 9:00am Toy Story 5 screening on 12 July at Whiteley. When we arrived shortly before the showing, the cinema was closed. We were told by a member of staff that the screening had been cancelled on 10 July, but we never received any cancellation email and our Cineworld account still showed the booking as confirmed with a valid QR code. As our young son was excited to see the film, we had no choice but to purchase new tickets for the 10:30am showing and wait around, meaning we paid twice. We were assured by staff that the original booking would be refunded. The most disappointing part has been what happened afterwards. I have contacted Cineworld customer services multiple times by email, followed up again, and tried other ways of getting a response, but I have received no explanation, no update and still no refund. What should have been a simple refund process has now been ongoing for two weeks since the screening, with no communication or resolution. It is incredibly frustrating to repeatedly chase a company for money that I was already told would be returned. I hope Cineworld can finally take ownership of this issue and resolve it.

Nice Cinema with nice small theatres. Great for family's. Sadly I was double charged at the till and there is no customer service number. I tried contacting them only and 14days later they still have not responded.

Very reasonably priced with a great selection of movies to choose from. Recently went to the Lord of the Rings re showing a couple of months back and loved it! They have an extensive choice of snacks that aren't going to break the bank. My only critique would be to have more offering of hot dogs. Other than that me and my family love going here.
