I recently stayed at this hotel which was in the perfect location for me as my trip was for a visit to Thorpe Park. The hotel common spaces were very modern, clean and well presented, as was my room. The hotel bar had a wide selection of drinks available and the service was exemplary. Both Siya and Ayush were extremely polite and professional, whilst also being friendly and making conversation, ensuring sure that they looked after me. Siya made drinks recommendations when I wasn't sure what I fancied and she made me the most delicious cocktail. She also provided table service and ensured that the heaters were on outside as and when I wanted them. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel but what really made it stand out was the attention to detail from the staff. Thank you.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Farnborough while attending Ladies’ Day at Royal Ascot, and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, and very welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the ladies on reception were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, making check-in quick and easy. A special mention has to go to Assistant Manager Richard, who is an absolute credit to the hotel. He never seemed to stop working and was everywhere, always smiling, attentive, and happy to help. He was there when we arrived at around 4pm, was still around later that evening, and to our surprise was there again the next morning at breakfast. His dedication and work ethic really stood out and made a lasting impression. We’d also like to thank Rosie, who was working at breakfast. She kindly saved us a table without us even asking, which was such a thoughtful gesture. She truly went above and beyond, and her excellent customer service deserves recognition. The only slight downside for us was that the beds were a little firmer than we personally prefer, but that’s purely a matter of taste and certainly wouldn’t stop us from returning. We would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Holiday Inn Farnborough to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a lovely brunch here today and couldn't fault it. The food was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented, with generous portions and a lovely surprise at the end! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a perfect place to catch up with friends or family. A special mention to Poppy Sue (and Richard), who was friendly, attentive and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Her excellent service really made our visit stand out. We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

By far the best holiday inn I have stayed in - and I stay in a lot of hotels! The staff were friendly, polite, upbeat and helpful. Melissa who was on the desk in the evening when I checked in was lovely. The room was great. I had a suite which was spacious, easy connection of apps to the tvs. I was able to relax on a sofa and eat and chill. Then sleep peacefully in a comfortable, clean bed. I was attending an event at the hotel the following day. The events manager (apologies I have forgotten his name) was wonderful and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. A lovely refurbished outdoor patio area meant that the sun could be enjoyed without sitting on a rickety dirty wooden bench. I constantly saw staff cleaning and tidying. Emptying cigarette pots, cleaning, checking in. Excellent hotel, I hope that all the other Holiday Inns can follow suit.
