Took the family for father's day. None of us had ever done an escape rooms before. We did the Wild West themed room which was good. We beat the clock by only a few minutes. Hannah was a very pleasant young lady, a great host. Id definitely do another one. I can see they would be addictive haha

I had a great time at Escape Room Faversham doing The Mummy room. The puzzles were varied and enjoyable. Shannon and Tee-Jay were also great hosts who were enthusiastic and made sure we had a fun time!

I've just had a really disappointing conversation whilst trying to book a game for 2 people in 2 hours time. I have previously booked on the day for 2 people, as the website doesn't allow for bookings for fewer than 3 people, with no issues. Today, however, was different. I was told I could pay for 3 people if 2 wanted to play, but they couldn't take payment for 2 only as they were "so busy". At the time of writing, our chosen room had 5 available time slots throughout the rest of the day, so it's not what I would call busy. I feel the most disappointing part is that we have always had excellent service at the Canterbury branch (and have spent a significant amount of money there having played almost every room they have to offer) and this would have been our first visit to the Faversham branch, but the experience means that we won't bother returning to either site from now on.
