Great fun and games... £3.50 for our under-2-year-old. Cafe with food and drinks available at reasonable prices. Huge 3 storey soft play. Hours of fun. Very busy late morning, quiter when kids went home for lunch and naps.

My wife and I often take our kids to the soft play as it seems to be the best in the area. The service has never been amazing but this morning was particularly poor. 3 people behind the counter and not a single smile from any of them for nearly 2 hours. One of the staff were clearly in a particularly bad mood and seemed to take her frustrations out on the chairs as she slung them under the tables while trying to prepare for a party. On several occasions she glanced passive aggressively at us while hurrying everyone out the door 10 minutes before our PAID time was up. On several occasions I saw her slam down late food to peoples tables with no apology. Her interaction with her customers seems to be limited to short slightly aggressive comments and every request for any service she is paid to provide was met with a passive aggressive glance or a sigh. She seems to relish an opportunity to make her customers feel unwelcome. Our kids love the soft play and as the experience is really about the kids we are forced to continue dealing with her terrible attitude each time we attend. If an alternative were to present itself with similar facilities I would happily drive far further simply so that we do not need to deal with her.

Our family had a really nice time at the centre, we were invited to a birthday party for our daughter to attend and she loved going on the soft play here. We were able to sit back and relax and have a nice ham & cheese toasty along with a nice cup of coffee. Staff were friendly, lots of smiles and laughing all round, and the pricing was really good too, will be going back again in the future for sure.

I really enjoy this place with my son it's rarely so busy that it gets too much with an autistic child. We prefer the later 1.30-6 sessions so it's quieter and £5 a child. My son always has more than 2 hours of energy to burn
