Willow farm Stays - Rose

Rose is a ground-floor lodge at Willow Farm, designed around a single open-plan level. You walk into a living space with sofas and a smart TV, a dining area, and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer—everything needed to cook properly or just make coffee without fuss. Two bedrooms branch off: the first has a zip-and-link super king bed with an ensuite shower, the second has two zip-and-link single beds (or a super king on request). A second bathroom with both bath and shower serves the rest of the house. A sofa bed in the living area adds extra sleeping space, bringing the total to six guests.

Outside, a private garden has a six-person hot tub, sitting-out area and barbecue. You get on-site parking for two cars. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all included. The property is no-smoking. Travel cots and highchairs are available for hire. This setup suits families or groups wanting a self-contained base in the Kent countryside without stairs to navigate.
