About Manor House Country Hotel

Manor House Country Hotel occupies a Grade II listed 18th-century building at Killadeas on the shore of Lower Lough Erne, with lawns running down to the water and its own marina offering boat hire onward into the lough's islands. The setting is the property's biggest asset, and rooms range from classic and family options to executive lake-view rooms and suites that make the most of it.

The kitchen holds an AA Rosette, and the dining room, along with the hotel's bars and bistro, draws heavily on local produce from the surrounding farmland and loughs. A 20-metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room and outdoor hot tub sit alongside a spa for treatments, and tennis courts add a further option beyond the water-based activities on the doorstep.

The hotel has built a strong reputation for weddings, named Ulster Wedding Hotel of the Year in 2025, and its combination of a historic building, lough frontage and leisure facilities makes it as suited to a longer leisure break as to an event.

Our stay was at short notice and took advantage of an offer of an overnight stay with bed, breakfast and evening meal, all of which we were delighted with. It was a very welcome end to a short self-drive tour of NI for us. The location is stunning on the edge of Lower Lough Erne and a short 10 minute drive from the lovely town of Enniskillen. The Manor House is set in some lovely grounds and retains much of the original architecture and fittings giving an immediate feeling of grandeur and of the house’s history. We stayed in a spacious junior suite with floor to ceiling window which overlooked the lough. The large bed was super-comfy and the bathroom had a TV at the end of the bath. The delicious food was beautifully presented and the service was attentive but not intrusive. The car parking was ample and I enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. All the team that we had contact with had an abundance of helpfulness making our stay all the more pleasant. Sadly for us we had only one night and would have stayed longer if we had more time.

We have been coming here since we got married in this hotel in July 2011. We now return annually with our children. We love the peacefulness. We love the suite with the view. The new way of serving breakfast is great as there is no wastage.

Absolutely wonderful experience. My husband and I just wanted to thank you for the efforts put in for our wedding lunch on Saturday. It was a great day and we felt so appreciated by the staff who made such an effort and didn’t rush us out at the end even though we probably overstayed our welcome. The food at the Rockfield restaurant was delicious with a good wine selection. We had a few cocktails in the cocktail bar also which were great. Overall an excellent experience. Shout out to Sandra in the events team, and Frances and the team in the restaurant !

Incredible place. Stunning location and building. Two night getaway for 70th birthday celebration, 5 adults, 3 kids. It strikes the balance between luxury and relaxed, especially as it's appropriately kid-friendly. Good value with meals included in deal. Lovely pool. The only downsides were that food took a very long time to come out on the Sunday evening, and that there were loud AC units and boilers outside two out of the three rooms making sleep difficult. However Rebekah on the desk was understanding, and was happy to find a quieter (and bigger) room for the birthday girl, which was a massive help. And that's where the hotel shines - the staff were fantastic. Friendly, welcoming and eager to help - genuinely lovely people.
