Helenslea is a ground-floor apartment within an Edwardian terrace in St Andrews, sleeping six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds with an ensuite shower; the other two are doubles. The living and dining room has a Freeview TV and CD player, while the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave all there. Gas central heating keeps things warm. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard.

What makes this place different is the ground-floor layout: everything opens onto an enclosed garden with patio and furniture, which means no stairs to manage and direct outdoor access.
