Step through the door of Selkirk Lodge and you enter an open-plan ground floor—living space, kitchen and dining area flowing together, with patio doors opening onto a landscaped garden. The design prioritises accessibility throughout: a ground-floor bedroom with electric profiling bed and ceiling hoist, a wet room with walk-in shower and grab rails, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs, two further bedrooms offer a zip-and-link super king and two singles, served by a bathroom with both bath and shower cubicle.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and superfast Wi-Fi are included. You have private parking for two cars and a bike store on site, with the whole lodge to yourself. The grounds are shared with other properties at Homelands, a charitable trust, and include a sitting area with garden furniture; note that parts slope quite steeply.
Leven sits in the East Neuk of Fife with views toward the Firth of Forth, and the beach is within walking distance. Lundin Golf Club is nearby if that interests you. Smoking is not permitted. The lodge sleeps six and suits families, groups of friends, or those needing accessible facilities—travel cots and high chairs are available on request.

It’s a lovely place. My family and I stayed for three days. One of my sisters has pmld and is a wheelchair user. Everything we needed was there. Well equipped but no institutional. It felt very homely. A big thank you to homelands trust what you have created is magic.
