Knightsbridge 49

Knightsbridge 49 is a single-storey lodge set on extensive grounds in Fife. Everything happens at ground level—bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living space are all on one floor, with parking for two cars right outside. One bedroom has a double bed; the other contains two singles. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower, plus a separate toilet in the ensuite. The kitchen is equipped for cooking from scratch with a gas oven and hob, and there's a dishwasher and washing machine to handle the practicalities. Wi-Fi and heating are included, along with bed linen and towels.

The lodge sits within a larger estate that offers access to shared leisure facilities—a gym, sauna and steam room. One well-behaved dog is welcome. St. Andrews lies nearby, with its famous golf courses, castle, cathedral and medieval town centre full of independent shops and restaurants. The coast is five miles away, with a sandy beach accessible for walks and, seasonally, seal spotting. The property is on Fife's Coastal Path. No smoking indoors.
