This newly built detached lodge sits on a Fife resort with direct access to the Fife coastline and St Andrews nearby. The single-storey layout puts everything on ground level: three bedrooms (one with a king bed and ensuite toilet, one with twin singles, one with bunks), a family bathroom, and an open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen. A sofa bed in the living room offers extra sleeping space. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are all provided.

Outside, the enclosed decked area holds a private hot tub for four and rattan seating. The resort shares a sauna, steam room and gym with other properties. Two parking spaces come with the property. One dog is welcome, though smoking is not. The beach lies five miles away, and the surrounding region mixes fishing villages, walking routes and historic sites within easy reach.
