Well Cottage is a single-bedroom terraced property in the conservation village of Ceres, with everything on the ground floor. The open-plan living space centres on an open fire, while the kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven for proper cooking. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included, along with initial fuel for the fire. A dog can stay free of charge, and there's an enclosed garden with patio and sitting-out area where pets and people alike can relax.
The cottage sits across from the Fife Folk Museum and the village green. Walking and cycling routes start from the door, and a pub is within a mile. St Andrews is seven miles away; Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth are all within an hour's drive. The East Neuk's fishing villages and beaches, and Fife's renowned golf courses, are easily reached. The area has good local facilities including a village store, butchers, tearoom and the Wemyss Ware Pottery.
The property is not suitable for smoking. There are nine steps in the garden. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
