Groes Faen-Bach Farmhouse is a stone building with seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, sleeping up to 15 people across three floors. It sits on a working farm near Holywell in Flintshire, within reach of the North Wales coast and Mynydd Llan. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay, with private parking and an enclosed garden with patio and seating.
The ground floor holds a living room with a 50" TV, plus a large kitchen-diner fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Bedrooms range from super kingsize doubles to singles, distributed across the first and second floors; five rooms have their own en-suite wet rooms or bathrooms. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. Children staying here will need supervision as the property adjoins active farmland.
A big group can operate independently in the various rooms or gather in the kitchen-diner for meals and planning. The setup suits reunions, milestone celebrations or extended family holidays where people want both company and their own space.

Excellent and well appointed house. Perfect for our Pre-Christmas Dinner for 14 old & new friends. The kitchen and dinning area proved to be the ideal social care hub as we cooked and laughed and enjoyed the weekend. Thank you

Fantastic week celebrating my brothers 40th birthday. There were 14of us 7 adults 7 children. The house is certainly not short of space. The dining table was lovely and fit all of us round it. Was lovely watching the lambs all springy in the field had a few that wanted to join us in the garden 😂 Saw some of the cows and calfs. The house is far enough out of the way to feel like your in the middle of no where nice and peaceful but only 10 min drive from large shops tesco, lidl, bnm and 2 min drive to the local shop where there is a post-office with a butchers inside and a convenience store with most things you could need. We did have a walk to the shop but is a fair walk with the hills. The weather wasn't great to us but we made the most of the week. The house was lovely and clean when we arrived and the farmers were very friendly. Would recommend
