This friendly little spot sits in the tiny hamlet of Babell, surrounded by decidedly rural views yet handily placed just minutes from the A55 for easy access to north Wales's beaches, Snowdonia's mountains and lakes, or even Chester Zoo.

This is a campsite I do frequent due to my brother and his family having a caravan on the sight! Brian the owner and his wife do a great job of running the bussiness! Amazingly clean toilets every time you go, I believe the showers are really good too! Location is fantastic and a short drive away from local shops.

Great site and great facilities, showers and toilets are clean modern and well kept with no damage. The pitches were a good size and water and electricity to all was a big bonus, however we spent the entire weekend wondering what the occasional smell of sweaty feet and excrement was coming from and turns out there is a large chicken battery at the bottom of the field on the left which occasionally had me wondering why I could smell silage. Overall it was a lovely weekend and amazing value for money but if anyone has a sensitive nose they should be aware of the above

Toilet and shower Block Excellent, always clean and tidy. Water and Power hook ups easily available on pitches. Beautiful Countryside and Views accompanied by its seasonal sounds and smells. All amenities in near by town.
