St Mary's Bay sits on the Kent coast between Dymchurch and Dungeness, a stretch of shingle beach backed by a quiet village. The Coast House at St Mary's Bay stands a minute's walk from the shoreline. The entire property is yours alone: a single-storey detached home with parking for three cars and an enclosed garden.
Inside, two sitting areas give everyone space to spread out. The kitchen has two ovens, a gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine, making it easy to cook for a larger group. Two bedrooms have double beds and one has a king-size bed, each with its own ensuite bathroom and shower. A third bathroom and separate toilet serve the property. Bed linen, towels, electricity, Wi-Fi and heating are included.
The garden is the real draw—a sitting area, barbecue (charcoal and gas), and wood-fired pizza oven make it a place to spend time outdoors. The beach here is long and flat, good for walking or paddling. Dymchurch with its amusements and narrow-gauge railway is a few minutes' drive away. Dungeness, with its power station, shale landscape and fish restaurants, takes about fifteen minutes. The surrounding countryside of fields and villages is equally close. No smoking in the property.
