Vale View Cottage

Vale View Cottage comes ready to use. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washer dryer, so you can prepare meals or do laundry without thinking about it. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included, along with fuel for the woodburner. Parking for two cars is on site—one in the garage, one in the private spaces nearby.

The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms: a double and two singles. Downstairs you get a living and dining room with Freeview TV and CD player, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs is the bathroom with both bath and shower cubicle. The sitting-out area has garden furniture if you want to be outside. There is an unfenced pond on the adjacent property, and stairs at the cottage are steep and narrow in places. Smoking is not permitted.

You're on a quiet lane with views across the vale. A pub is a short walk away, and shops and restaurants are half a mile off. The Sculpture Trail runs through the area, and the forest itself offers walking from the door. The cottage suits families and couples taking a holiday break.
